If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Any custom work can not be returned or exchanged if you change your mind or make a mistake. Fetcher's will contact you before starting any custom work to avoid this from happening.

Change of mind or errors
If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all non-custom work. If there was an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Fetcher's will contact you if we believe there is an error with your request and will ask you to confirm before starting any work. Fetcher's will, within reason, redo custom work with certain circumstances.
